All messages on Yodify are sent to your Seller Portal Inbox for you to view, but if a Customer hasn’t yet contacted your Store there would not be a conversation for you to reply to. If you need to contact a Customer who has placed an Order you can simply start a message thread from that Order.
To locate your Customer by their Order:
- Access your chosen Seller Portal from your Quick Links dropdown menu
- On the left navigation select Orders & Shipments
Use the various search tools to locate the Order you’re looking for either by status, sort by, keywords, or date
