Registration
Before you can take advantage of many of Yodify’s features, you will need to register a new account.Note: Your information is kept confidential. Yodify protects all user information and it will never be sold or rented. Click here to read more about Yodify information policy.
To Register:- Go to yodify.com and select Log In on the Quick Links menu in the top right.
- Select New to Yodify? Register Now.
- Enter your email address and password to create your account information. We recommend using an email address you can easily access and a password you’ll remember.
- Enter your First and Last name.
Tip: Yodify requires passwords to have at least 8 characters (1 numerical character, 1 lowercase, and 1 uppercase letter). This offers the minimal amount of password security. For stronger security try making your password longer, unique to you, and avoid common words or personal information. To help make a memorable password use words or phrases that are meaningful to you, such as a quote or a lyric.

Create / Claiming a Brand
Before you can start representing a Brand on Yodify you need to Create or Claim a Brand. You may create a Brand or be an authorized Team Member for multiple Brands, you’re not restricted to one Brand per account.To claim a Brand, select the Claim a Brand link from the main navigation menu under brands drop-down, or click here. For more information of the claiming a brand process, click here.Note: If you’re having trouble connecting to a Brand your organization has already claimed, contact your Brand administrator to be added as an additional Team Member. If issues persist refer to our dispute center.

Adding Content to Your Brand Page
To access your Brand Portal, where you add and maintain content, select your Quick Links drop-down in the top right corner and click on your brand name. If you are the administrator or have appropriate permissions, you can begin adding content to your page.You can begin by Adding Authorized Sellers, or Creating a New Product.

Selling Products as a Brand
As a Brand you contribute to a shared, global library of products which allows for distributors to present your product content in a manner you have control over, in their Catalogs and Stores. Bottom line: having your products on Yodify increases your Brand exposure and makes it significantly easier for your distributors to present your products in the best possible fashion on their websites (powered by Yodify Satellite Sites). Your Brand presence on Yodify serves as a way for Sellers to discover and adopt your products, while your Brand page itself is always available as an up-to-date comprehensive and professional catalog.If you wish to sell your products directly on Yodify, you will need to take an additional step and Create a Store enabling you to add and control inventory, prices, shipping, and accept orders. A Brand page alone does not provide you e-commerce functionality for it is a Catalog only.You can use these links for more details of how to Create a Store, or what is a seller.
